Central Alberta Raceways (CAR) has opportunities available to become a Event Sponsor.  Race events have become very successful with hundreds of spectators at each event with thousands more aware of the spectacular races.   Being business owners and residents of central Alberta ourselves we are proud to promote central Alberta companies within our communities at these events. 

The cost of sponsorship is $3500 which goes directly to event operational costs such as insurance, promotion, track preparation, trophies and other associated expenses. 

The season runs from May through to September and includes the following events: 

  • 7 Dirt Oval races
  • ATV Mud Bog
  • 100ft Side by Side shootout
  • CMRO Mud Bog Finals
  • Demolition Derby

 The event sponsors will receive name recognition on:

  • 30 - Sunny 94 radio promotional ads
  • 30 - KRAZE 101.3 radio promotional ads
  • Central Alberta Life newspaper
  • Thru The WIndshield magazine  
  • Rimbey Review Life newspaper
  • Event Posters
  • Race Season Schedule

Plus,

  • A 4’x8’ sign placed in a prominent position for the event
  • The 4’x8’ will remain on site for the current race season plus the following season ($1500 value)
  • Designated high traffic area at the event for a promotional booth
  • 5 Season pass
  • 30 event tickets

This is a great value and exposure for the sponsor while helping to support (CAR).

 

NOTE: If a race is cancelled $2000 will be refunded to the Event Sponsor.
